ChinaYatra provides logistical assistance, dossier preparation, and document verification services for travelers. We do not have the authority to issue visas. The final decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
2. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep visa requirements updated, embassy rules can change without prior notice. ChinaYatra is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by changes in government policy or inaccurate information provided by the user.
3. Fee Policy
Service fees paid to ChinaYatra cover the use of our digital portal, concierge support, and dossier management. These fees are independent of the official embassy visa fees and are generally non-refundable once the dossier sync process has been initiated.
4. Limitation of Liability
ChinaYatra shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to travel cancellation costs, hotel deposits, or missed opportunities resulting from a visa delay or rejection by the consulate.
